Peace, peace, my friends
war is just a dead end
stop the death parade
let the violence start to fade
shut down your tank
forget your rank
put down your gun
sit here in the golden sun
I've given you a warning
but all you did is ignore me
Death's creepin up in the black
but you refuse to look back
Don't fall into the fire
the fatal trap you admire
how can love be spread
when everyone is dead

"i wrote this poem when my brother decided he wanted to join the U.S. Navy. He's obsessed with all the military stuff, and fails to see that the more crap the U.S. builds, the more opposing nations are going to build military crap, then one day one of them will attack another with some big-ass atomic bomb and the earth will be destroyed. Tis a sad story. If you believe in peace, become an activist now, otherwise there'll be no tomorrow. Anyways, enough rambling, here's my poem: "
